However, for many, the fact that there is a name for this experience and that others experience it as well is new information. Naming the Experience While certain parts of the internet have been abuzz for quite some time, sharing their experiences with brain tingles or brain orgasms, it wasn’t until 2010 that Jennifer Allen, a frequent contributor to ASMR communities online, decided to elevate the discourse and give the feeling a name. She hoped that by doing so, she would make the condition more credible in the eyes of scientists, researchers, and ASMR-skeptics.   Even with a new name, though, it wasnt until five years later in 2015 that the first peer-reviewed, scientific study was conducted on ASMR.   Viral Videos Meanwhile, more and more people who long thought their experiences with ASMR were an anomaly began  finding comfort in like-minded communities of tingleheads online. Fear of Sharing Experiences For some who experience ASMR, there is trepidation about sharing their experiences for fear that it will be misunderstood as sexually  perverse or deviant. Theres sometimes a lot of shame and guilt associated with the experience of ASMR, said Poerio. Some people feel guilty experiencing this kind of pleasure when they dont know that it’s something that other people have experienced as well.   However, as those who experience ASMR have long attested (and this most recent study confirmed) ASMR is not about sexual arousal. Something that I really do hope comes out of this research, as well as more widespread recognition of ASMR as an experience, is that people dont have to feel like they have to hide [their ASMR experiences]  or be ashamed of [them], said Poerio. I still see people who feel like that, and theres no reason that they should. I hope knowing that theyre not alone is useful. Self-Soothing With ASMR What those who experience ASMR do  report feeling is relaxed, calm, and sometimes  sleepy. Some have even said that they use ASMR videos to help them cope with insomnia, anxiety, and depression.  Through their research, Poerio and her colleagues determined that people who experience ASMR had a significant reduction in their heart rate while watching ASMR-inducing videos, compared to participants who do not experience ASMR. In fact, on average, those who experience ASMR had a heart rate decrease of 3.14 beats per minute while watching ASMR videos. This rate is comparable to reductions seen in clinical trials for other relaxation methods including music and mindfulness.   What Makes ASMR Unique While ASMR shares some similarities between the chills some people experience when looking at  an incredible painting or listening to a moving speech or piece of music, physiologically the phenomena  are different. The effects of ASMR are understood to be calming and somewhat sedating, while  chills are more physiologically arousing. The tingles from ASMR originate at the top of the head, whereas with art and music-induced chills they might start elsewhere, like your limbs or spine.  The tingly, happy feeling people experience with ASMR is also comparable to the feeling that some get when someone massages their head or tickles their arm and they get chills or goosebumps. About ASMR Videos To those who dont  experience ASMR, the videos might seem unorthodox. ASMRtists whisper quietly, accentuate mouth noises, and pop their consonants. People continue to discover that the sensations theyve long experienced have a name and that there is a community of other people who experience it, too. Every day, new people learn about the ASMR videos online and people are seeking them out in droves. As per Section 47 of the Civil Liability Act, contributory negligence is presumed if the person chooses to travel with a drunken driver by relying on the skill and care of the intoxicated person (Shapo, 2014). At the time of determining contributory negligence, the Court should reduce the cost of compensation by a fixed percentage. This presumption of contributory negligence is non-rebuttable. There is an associated chance of overturning the Courts decision under Section 47 (2) of the Civil Liability Act if the plaintiff is able to establish that they could not reasonably be expecte d to have avoided the risk (Graham, 2012). According to the Civil Liability Act, intoxication means that the person is under the control of alcohol or a drug to such an extent that the persons capacity to use proper care and skill is hampered (Shapo, 2014). In the case of Russel v. Edwards, the plaintiff explained his own condition of intoxication as uncontrollable. Since he accepted that he was not able to use his judgement properly, the Court did not explore the definition further (Levmore Sharkey, 2012). Application: In the given case study, Michelle can be held liable for negligence. For making a person liable for negligence, he or she should have duty of care towards the plaintiff. The defendant should have breached the duty of care. There should be appropriate link between the injury caused and the action of the defendant leading to injury of the plaintiff. While those with power on the island of Jamaica saw Peter as a threat to the existing regime (A regime comprised of corrupt 'politricksters' who ally with Jamaica's small, wealthy, land owning class), the people saw Peter as a rebel hero. A champion of human rights, throughout his life Peter fought against the vampires and the duppies and all evil spirits, the spirits which Peter himself feared more than anything. Peter Tosh was a saint. Not a saint in the conventional, religious definition, but insofar as that he was put on this earth with a purpose. He was to expose the filth and corruption and expunge the wickedness of the ghosts which haunted him his entire life. Peter was a savior, sent to liberate the people of Jamaica, both physically and mentally. As for the majority of Jamaicans, life was spent scrounging for a dollar, struggling to put food on their children's table, and a roof over their head; That was if you can find some brush or metal with which to build one. It was difficult to find employment, and many of those that were employed were done so temporarily. Peter had greater visions for the Island of Jamaica. He was upset with the treatment of his people, and he did nothing to hide his feelings. It is believed by many that this is the very character trait which led to Tosh's murder. The voice of the people was eliminated by three supposed robbers who stole not one material object. At the tender age of forty three, Peter Tosh was silenced, as were the hopes of many Jamaicans. On October ninth, 1944 Winston Hubert McIntosh was born into this world. The only child of Alvera Coke, a resident of Church Lincoln, Westmoreland on the island of Jamaica. Winston's father, James McIntosh was the preacher at the local church in Savanna-la-Mar, which Alvera attended. However, Winston was just one of the many children which James McIntosh fathered and neglected to help care for.

I have shown my leadership around the school and was given the honor to be Mr. EMCA; this ward is based on a student’s excellent Christian testimony, attitude, extracurricular involvement, and overall best represents the school and what we believe in. The award is given to one male in the senior class chosen by the faculty, staff, and administration. I love that I have been said to be a great person and that many people look up to me. I have understood that the errors in the mathematical modeling arise due to uncertain colony architecture and various cellular signals, which depends upon the various environmental factors. Since there exists a gap between the modeling and reality, a unified computational framework based upon Bayesian have been developed and understood for quantification of the modeling errors and ranks were assigned to the models based on performance. Further, it was well understood that the Bayesian model is the mathematical extension of Occams razor. The paper has developed a systematic framework for comparison of the model uncertainties based on Bayesian model. Since the Bayesian model compares the real data and the data from the different models, I can use the difference between the ideal result and the real result to understand the model flaws. Apart from determination of model flaws, the work will also empower the students with the knowledge of models parameters for selection of better models. This comparison of the models will help in the achievement of the tradeoff between the data fitness and the complexity of the model. The comparison will not only help me in calibration of the models but will also help as a guiding tool for further research and refinements. Physical fitness is the ability of the human body to function with vigor and alertness, without undue fatigue, and with ample energy to engage in leisure activities, and to meet physical stresses. Muscular strength and endurance, cardiorespiratory integrity, and general alertness are the overt signs of physical fitness. Physical fitness is usually measured in relation to functional expectations-that is, typically, by periodic tests measuring strength, endurance, agility, coordination, and flexibility. In addition, stress testing, which ascertains the body's accommodation to powerful, sustained physical stimuli, is used to analyze fitness. If individuals are able to accommodate to the stressors, they are assumed to be fit. The level of physical fitness can be influenced by regular, systematic exercise. Moderate activity will maintain the individual at a level that is usually adequate to handle ordinary stress. If the fitness level is to be improved, however, it is necessary to participate in more intensive exercise that overloads the physiological systems and thus promotes change. Exercises that demand total body involvement improve and maintain fitness most effectively-for example, jogging, running, swimming, vigorous dancing, cycling, and brisk walking. Organized games and sports that have long rest periods within the play design have only minimal influence on fitness. Programs especially planned to help individuals attain fitness are offered in numerous places: schools and gymnasiums, private clubs and studios, and special, professionally organized clinics that are attentive to problems of cardiac and pulmonary function. The individual must be careful in choosing an exercise program and should ensure it is staffed by experts in physical education or medicine. Normal, healthy individuals may plan their own exercise programs. The general rule is to exercise only until discomfort is experienced-that is, until breathing becomes labored, circulation seems inadequate, or fatigue influences performance. People with health problems caused by heart attacks, strokes, and illness should see a physician before devising an exercise program. Proper nutrition is important to physical fitness, because energy expenditure depends on nutrition. If diet is inadequate, the fitness level will drop. Overweight, underweight, and weak individuals will have below average fitness levels. In the United States, the President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports, established in 1956, is the national fitness advocate. In addition, the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance sponsors programs, publications, and tests to help people better understand their fitness needs. Generally, longer periods of exercise can reduce the risk of heart disease for the individual. Yet many individuals and organizations promote fitness through extreme means. Such programs should be approached with skepticism and caution. The attainment and maintenance of physical fitness, coupled with nutritious diet and reasonable rest patterns, require dedication to a long-term, systematic investment in an active life.
